ReSKILL is the first training program from the Business Central Talent Initiative, designed in partnership with Microsoft and its collaborators to address talent shortages in the Business Central ecosystem.
The program takes professionals with experience in key industries like finance, manufacturing, and supply chain, and leverages their transferable skills to train them in Business Central. This unique combination of product training, professional skills development, and practical experience creates net-new talent and delivers it directly to Partners, where participants are ready and able to make an impact from day one.
The #BCTalent team works directly with Partners to understand their needs and talent requirements. The team then recruits suitable candidates from appropriate industries and develops tailored training that blends product and professional skills, delivered by industry experts. Learners also receive personalized coaching and engage with a community of other participants and alumni.
The training is not just available for new hires, but also to help Partners’ existing developers or consultants get up to speed with Business Central. Whether you’re hiring new Business Central pros or upskilling existing team members, learners will receive ongoing support and coaching for 12 months. The program also offers optional support to help onboard new hires.
Developed to address talent, training, and skilling challenges effectively and quickly, ReSKILL allows Partners to boost their Business Central capabilities, accelerate Time-to-Deployment, and boost retention with a proven hiring and training scheme. In addition, ReSKILL also offers optional support for new Business Central partners with generating sales leads, helping them build a healthy pipeline and a successful practice.
